Disrespect

I had a recent dm conversation with someone on twitter. Looking for feedback on this.

In your opinion, does this guy show a lack of respect for women in general or is this behavior set aside specifically for girls in the sex industry?

 

Silver Lining Pending …

I didn’t know it at the time but the stress involved with hosting Gold Shows raised my level of frustration even higher, adding to what I had already been dealing with as far as being harrassed daily for the last year and a half, every single shift I worked. Since the site refused to help or do anything about it, I was forced to suck it up and deal with it myself. Blocking rude members became the norm in my room. Am I just a magnet for rude people? I highly doubt that. Did I piss someone off enough for them to want to pick at me, constantly, trying to drive me offline or insane (whichever came first)? More likely. In fact, I was threatened to “stay offline” months back, by someone who was failing miserably to get me to leave on my own. Admittedly, I’m an internet hoarder. I save everything! Copied and pasted from my Blogspor blog last year (dated jan 21st, 2011), read what this ‘member’ wrote. Not just the rudeness, but look at what they wrote at the very end, prior to me blocking them. I let them go on to see just how far they would take this or what sort of slip-up I could catch. I’d had enough, at this point, figuring if I just kept blocking after one rude word was typed, I’d never be able to amass enough proof of harrassment. Here’s what they wrote:

The above is just one small example. I have hundreds of others.

This has caused me a lot of grief and frustration over time. I was already leery of everyone that entered my room with something rude to say. Recently, thanks to Gold Shows, their rudeness was all out in the open, for everyone to see and not just me. In the beginning, those Gold Shows were great. How can they not be when you have the volume necessary to maximize use of the feature? That volume started to decrease rather rapidly, however and it got to the point where it was next to impossible to get a Gold Show started because there simply was not sufficient traffic in my room to allow for my goal to evenb be reached. I toyed around with the settings, trying different prices, time lengths, but to no avail. It didn’t matter if I was charging 1 Gold or 20 Gold - the room just would not fill up and as a result, I had to cancel a whole bunch of Gold Shows. Obviously, I didn’t want to be right about this but I had predicted this from the get-go. The fact that it happened was no surprise to me. The coward harrassing me was privvy to some of the features of this Gold Show and while in guest chat, would use those to their full advantage. For example, the fact that members were able to see the other members’ chat. This gives them billboard advertising to post whatever they like and have everyone see it. I’m sure you can imagine, based on my example above, what was posted.

 

I know my harrasser will stop at nothing to get me offline (they have made that painfully obvious). These games will stop and I will breathe easier just knowing that they are where they deserve to be. It shouldn’t take too much longer.

In the meantime, I’ve gone back to hosting with the more ‘civilized’ format, which doesn’t allow members any billboard advertising. Their messages to me are private. Now, if only I could gain some traffic to my room. If not, I will be posting my resume soon on here and use every last bullet in my arsenal to change the face of this entire industry! I will not stand being treated this way any longer.

Their Latest Game – Pay To Play!

Just when I thought my harrasser had finally run out of ideas. Their latest game seems to be a Pay 2 Play one. All of their games over the last year and a half, rolled up into one and nicely displayed in the chat archives of last night’s session. Since I screenshot just about everything I feel might be of any significance, I decided to screenshot the crap out of this one, from the get-go and looky what I caught! In these screenshots, I highlighted their chat, where they start with the usual introduction - how they signed up just because of me. Funny, I removed all links pointing to my live room because they didn’t appear to be generating revenue. Could be an affiliate who gets paid to drive traffic to the site and earns a percentage of what the member spends. Let’s go with that. I know for a fact that I never personally brought this guy to Streamate. Oh and then they go on to the next game – the “ha ha ha” game. This is the part where they do nothing but lie and the “hahaha” is a dead giveaway. He tries to cover it up by saying he’s a dope fiend, basically but I’m not buying it. He tries to say he’s from the same city as me. Asks where I live (to be sure). Tries to find out what strip club I work at. So now I’m a stripper. Interesting the things you find out about yourself from complete strangers on the internet. Tries to ask me to post my cell phone number, too. Seems this person really wants to find me. He even joined my show (at my cheap rate, mind you). As if it was at all possible, he then started to get really rude and weird on me, so I did what any gal fed up to her tits of one particular asshole would do – use the block button! Let’s Compare Assholes

Assholes come in various shapes and sizes. In the course of my 14 (& 1/2)  years in this industry, I’ve come across more than my share of assholes. However, in the last year and a half, since leaving iFriends on bad terms over a revenue dispute after discovering nothing but discrepancies in (their version of) my earnings reports, I’ve been harrassed daily in my live room on Streamate. You may think the logical approach would be to report this to the site. I did. Several times. Direct to one of the owners, in fact. Perhaps the site doesn’t have the capability to stop this because they simply cannot track the ip (or ip’s) of the person doing this. This person has posted threats in my room, as well. Nothing came of the reports I filed for those either. So, the harrassment continues. This person continues to get away with what they are doing.

Here are some screenshots of the abuse that I am forced to put up with on a daily basis. It’s all the same person.

This person likes to call me “fat” because they think that if they say it enough, it will eventually happen. I’m willing to bet (everything I own) that I’m actually slimmer than that person. Not that it even matters nor that I even care!

Here’s a screenshot demonstrating the opportunistic side of my psycho harrasser, waiting for one word out of my mouth to pounce on and blow completely out of proportion. Note how the other members are calm and pleasant. If I were being such a bitch, why wouldn’t the whole room be complaining?

A similar instance when a member tells me to lower my rate to a ridiculous low number. I told him not to insult me. In steps the vulture, having stalked their prey for several minutes before lashing out, once again, in psycho mode:

There are plenty more screenshots I have, but I don’t have the time (nor desire) to post them all here. It would take months. One more though, because I feel that this one says it all and will be the one that I will point to when someone should finally decide to look into this, once and for all. Whether that be the site itself, an investigative reporter or law enforcement. This will stop. I will catch this person and then whatever happens from there, is the result of their own doing. They must have a lot to lose by me being online. I don’t take this personally at all. Nothing wrong with being a size large but why call someone “fat” if they’re not? Why try to run someone offline, for a year and a half, first with threats, then with verbal abuse? If they gain some sick pleasure out of this, my hundreds of blocks on them should have stopped them long ago. It simply wouldn’t be worth their time. But, for some reason, it is. I don’t indulge them, only block them when they type something rude. They are getting nothing from me.
